As Fundraising Manager, you will execute Prepr’s fundraising strategy and strengthen relationships with foundations, corporate partners, and individual donors. You will work with leadership and cross-functional staff in a remote, startup-like workplace. The role requires organized pipeline management, persuasive communications, and funding development experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fundraising strategy aligned with growth targets
- Cultivate foundation, individual, and corporate funder pipelines
- Lead proposals, pitch decks, and case statements
- Manage grant applications, reporting, and compliance
- Steward current donor relationships through regular engagement
Requirements:
- Five or more years in fundraising, partnerships, or business development
- Experience securing foundation and donor funding, including six-figure gifts
- Strong writing, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Passion for inclusive learning, technology, and innovation
