The Continuous Improvement Site Lead promotes Saputo Operation Excellence System standards across Alberta manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Edmonton Plant Manager, this lead identifies, drives, and sustains long-term improvements. The work spans production, warehouse, maintenance, capacity, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own IoTORQ and national OEE reporting for assigned sites
- Analyze production performance, capacity, losses, and improvement opportunities
- Lead small to medium Lean Six Sigma projects
- Conduct yearly operational excellence health checks and audits
- Train personnel on IoTORQ, CI modules,



and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent operations education
- Minimum three years of manufacturing operations experience
- Robust understanding of continuous improvement modules and tools
- Ability to manage projects and achieve improvement targets
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and change management capability
