As a Recruiter, you will support high-volume contact center, corporate, and support staff hiring. You will collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and selection criteria. The work includes improving recruitment processes and delivering strong candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, references, and onboarding support
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct structured, behavioural,



competency-based, and virtual interviews
- Maintain clear communication throughout candidate interactions

Requirements:

- Must be located in Ontario, Canada
- Two to five years of experience, including two years recruiting
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledge of employment law and recruitment compliance
- Solid English verbal and written communication skills
