Lead municipal water and wastewater projects for AtkinsRéalis, combining technical delivery with business relationships across the Vancouver region.

This senior engineering position carries dual responsibility for municipal relationship development and project delivery. You may serve as Project Manager or Discipline Lead, applying water treatment, wastewater, and utility infrastructure experience. The work includes technical documentation, procurement packages, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain municipal business relationships in Vancouver
- Define scope, budgets, risks, schedules, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Prepare equipment specifications, design criteria, and P&IDs;
- Develop procurement packages and mentor team members
- Support proposals,



estimates, presentations, and technical discussions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or related Engineering
- Ontario Qualified Engineer registration and fifteen years’ experience
- Municipal water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure experience
- Experience designing large pumping stations and treatment facilities
- Knowledge of GTA standards, procurement, and regulatory requirements
