The Role:
As Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will support our General Manager in leading front-of-house operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily dining room activities, manage and mentor our service team, and play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while directly contributing to the success of a thriving restaurant operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including hosts, servers, and other team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
- Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience




- Support revenue goals through effective sales techniques and upselling practices
- Monitor operational efficiency and address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, and performance metrics
- Maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment that reflects our standards
