Position: Education & Training Professional
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Write short, realistic requests like a real user would type.
- Work with the AI assistant on tasks. Steer it, answer its questions, and push back when it is wrong.
- Rate the experience and deliverables. Write short notes on what went well or badly.
- Evaluate AI assistants on realistic education and training tasks.
- Provide feedback to improve AI assistant performance and alignment with professional standards.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 3+ years of professional experience in teaching,



instructional design, or corporate training.
- Experience using AI assistants.
- Ability to write clearly in English.
