Our approach combines personal customer interactions with practical product knowledge. You'll meet customers face to face, work with provided leads, and collaborate with your team throughout the day.

What your role involves:

- Introduce residential customers to Rogers products and services
- Present Internet, Wireless, TV, and Home Phone plans, explaining their features, promotions, and available packages
- Recognize sales opportunities and follow up on customer inquiries
- Ask questions to understand household needs and recommend suitable service options
- Discuss pricing and promotions, answer customer questions, and assist with completing sales
- Build positive customer relationships and provide assistance with post-sale inquiries when needed
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional community promotional events
- Keep customer information and sales records accurate while following company policies and professional standards

What we're looking for:

- Robust communication skills and the ability to connect with different people
- Confidence presenting information, answering questions, and discussing sales opportunities




- Self-motivation and the ability to stay productive while working independently
- A dependable, professional approach to customer interactions
- Comfort with an active workday and changing working conditions
- Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is welcome, but not required
