The position serves residents needing Physical Therapy services within a Faith-Based, Nonprofit community. You will implement treatment plans, educate treatment staff, supervise therapy personnel, and maintain accurate billing information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen, evaluate, and treat residents needing Physical Therapy services

Requirements:
