This Clinical Supervisor role oversees Personal Support Workers and Health Support Workers in community settings. You will assess, implement, and evaluate clinical care interventions while ensuring safe, quality, and ethical service. The position requires nursing leadership, documentation knowledge, and solid patient assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise PSWs and HSWs under required practice standards
- Resolve concerns from staff, patients, families, and team members
- Lead huddles, meetings, and individual staff discussions




- Investigate patient safety incidents and document action plans
- Coach staff through education, mentoring, and problem solving

Requirements:

- Current unrestricted RN or RPN registration in Ontario
- At least five years practicing as an RN or RPN
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Community nursing principles and documentation knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
