As Staff Technical Programme Manager, you will coordinate runtime, orchestration, quantum tools, controllers, and transport teams. You will manage delivery across several concurrent programmes while working with hardware, science, systems integration, and senior stakeholders. The work includes shaping plans where delivery standards are still being built.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Systems Software roadmap
- Manage dependencies across hardware, science, and integration teams
- Make programme contention visible with options and recommendations
- Track requirements, plans, schedules, and Jira accuracy
- Run intake, triage, and risk escalation processes
Requirements:
- Significant experience running technical programmes across software teams
- Background in systems, embedded, compiler, or platform software
- Technical fluency discussing scope and trade-offs with engineering leads
- Ability to read code and re-plan against reality
- Transparent communication with technical and senior stakeholders
