As a Technical Architect II, you will support Bell’s cloud infrastructure evolution, automation, and reliability. You will design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale bare metal server environments underpinning critical cloud services. The work includes infrastructure standardization, security, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency in Agile and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize physical server infrastructure for scalable cloud services
- Automate operational tasks with Python, Bash, and Ansible
- Configure, monitor, and optimize physical server performance
- Apply security hardening, access controls, and encryption
- Mentor two technical support specialists
Requirements:
- Computer Science or Information Science degree
- Five to ten years of technical IT experience
- Advanced Linux administration and datacenter management knowledge
- Ansible playbook and Ansible Tower experience
- Availability for rotating 24/7 on-call coverage
