- Manage and troubleshoot QuickSight users, groups, namespaces, folders, permissions, and access controls
- Support programmatic management of QuickSight assets and permissions using QuickSight APIs and AWS SDKs
- Troubleshoot embedded QuickSight, authentication, authorization, and asset‑provisioning workflows
- Support Amazon Q Topics and other conversational or generative BI capabilities within QuickSight / Quick Suite
- Troubleshoot integrations across QuickSight, Athena, AWS Glue Data Catalog, Lake Formation, S3, and IAM

- Support AWS Lambda functions, Amazon API Gateway endpoints, and RESTful API integrations used by the BI platform
- Use Amazon CloudWatch logs, metrics, dashboards, and alarms to identify and resolve production issues
- Correlate application and AWS service logs to diagnose failures across multiple technology layers
- Assist with deployments, configuration changes, environment maintenance, and production releases
- Improve platform monitoring, alerting, reliability, supportability, and operational readiness

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
