As Regional Manager, Workplace Solutions Americas, you will oversee deliverables supporting Keysight’s operations. The scope includes security, facilities management, safety, insurance, real estate, branding, employee engagement, and crisis management. You will align operational priorities with business needs and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for Operational Excellence across the Americas
- Oversee workplace solutions deliverables and site improvement projects
- Integrate mergers, acquisitions, and infrastructure projects into operations
- Coordinate global initiatives,
branding, engagement, and IT infrastructure
- Partner with CBRE managers on priorities and spending forecasts
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of facilities management experience
- Minimum five years of business management experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- Financial analysis and statistical methods experience
- Communication, vendor management, and scenario planning skills
