Black & McDonald’s Northern Ontario Region Service team seeks an independent, enthusiastic qualified reporting to the Division Manager. The position supports prospecting, estimating, proposals, project sales, and facility lifecycle planning. Success requires customer focus, communication, teamwork, and strategic perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete internal client reviews
- Prospect, qualify, estimate, and secure service projects
- Maintain customer relationships and contract delivery
- Conduct equipment surveys and write value-focused proposals
- Review project results with management and teams

Requirements:

- Business, engineering, or related degree or diploma
- One to three years in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
- Mechanical trade account management experience
- Negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and occasional travel availability
