As an Intermediate Recruiter reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support Graham and affiliated workforce partners. The role covers Corporate, Industrial, Infrastructure, Buildings and Water, from Project Coordinators through executives. You will build pipelines, advise hiring managers and strengthen recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit staff and professional roles across construction project sectors
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates
- Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
- Partner with HR Advisory and business leaders




- Share sourcing approaches and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

- Minimum five years recruiting construction staff and professionals
- Experience recruiting across professional levels and disciplines
- Proven passive-candidate sourcing and pipeline development experience
- Strong corporate in-house recruitment business-partner experience
- SuccessFactors or similar applicant-tracking system experience
