Lead food and beverage operations at Calgary Stampede’s BMO Centre, applying strategic planning, financial ownership, and visible event leadership in Calgary.

Reporting to senior Food and Beverage leadership, you will shape long-term strategy for a complex business unit. Your work will strengthen catering operations, uphold service standards, improve guest experiences, and drive financial performance. Success depends on planning ahead, executing decisively, and delivering KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct operational execution across all events and service environments
- Design standards, systems, and playbooks for consistent event delivery
- Lead planning, forecasting, staffing, and operational readiness reviews
- Analyze KPIs and implement scalable continuous improvements




- Maintain visible leadership presence during event execution

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Experience owning business-unit outcomes in large event venues
- Proven P&L;, labour productivity, and cost-per-head accountability
- Solid multi-team leadership and succession development experience
- Familiarity with event platforms and POS systems
