Lead wind turbine component discharge operations as an experienced Logistics Port Supervisor with EOSOL Group in industrial port environments.

This full time freelance position oversees port logistics and laydown management for wind energy components. You will coordinate vessel unloading, stevedores, crane operators, terminal personnel, vessel crews, and port authorities. The role requires heavy-lift cargo expertise, safety knowledge, and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead vessel discharge from arrival through cargo unloading completion
- Coordinate stevedores, crane operators, crews, and port authorities
- Verify safe handling of wind turbine components
- Manage storage, laydown, and inventory within port facilities
- Conduct safety briefings,



inspections, and operational reporting

Requirements:

- Degree in logistics, supply chain, maritime operations, engineering, or related field
- Three or more years in port or project cargo operations
- Experience managing contractors and port service providers
- Knowledge of oversized heavy-lift cargo and yard operations
- Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems proficiency
