Lead advisor-facing webinars and virtual events at Manulife in Toronto through a hybrid Program and Events Producer role using project planning skills.

This producer supports Sales Enablement teams serving Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions across Canada. You will independently lead small projects, coordinate stakeholders, and translate requirements into delivery plans. The work strengthens national program execution and advisor experiences through operational insights, engagement data, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead webinars, education sessions, onboarding, and national virtual events
- Maintain milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status reporting
- Coordinate Marketing, Compliance, Technology, vendors, speakers, and sales leaders
- Manage registration, communications, production, delivery, follow-up,



and reporting
- Present status, recommendations, results, and lessons learned

Requirements:

- Four or more years in project coordination, event production, or operations
- Knowledge of project planning, risks, dependencies, and evaluation
- Advanced Excel skills and working Power BI knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with CVENT, Zoom, Teams, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Stensul
- Advanced communication, organization, judgment, and stakeholder influence skills

Use project leadership, event production, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to support Manulife’s national Sales Enablement programs.
