This full time Operations position ensures fleet routes meet customer order needs. The role manages active loads, plans next-day deliveries, supports night dispatch, and coordinates transportation compliance. It also handles maintenance requests, customs support, and operational communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assign active loads to minimize empty miles and maximize usage
- Modify routes for construction, weather, closures, and customer availability
- Prepare next-day trips, load plans, and trailer load cards




- Coordinate drivers through Isaac and PeopleNet throughout shifts
- Process maintenance repairs, invoices, customs updates, and operational records

Requirements:

- Three or more years of transportation industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Truckmate experience considered an asset
- Google Workspace proficiency considered an asset
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 10:30pm
