As Branch Manager, you will lead teams, oversee daily operations, and deliver consistent customer service. You will analyze pump and power needs, present equipment solutions, manage inventory and fleet utilization, and support safety compliance. This role also includes financial management and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, support, and coach branch employees
- Oversee daily operations, service consistency, and customer experience
- Present pump or electrical system designs and equipment solutions
- Manage inventory, fleet utilization, and shop flow
- Review budgets and monthly P&Ls;

Requirements:

- At least six years’ similar experience
- At least two years leading a team
- Specialized pump or power equipment knowledge preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
