You will advise founders, investors, and counterparties across incorporation, governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial matters. You will also help shape AI-driven workflows that make legal work more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise founders on incorporation and ongoing governance
- Lead SAFEs, convertible notes, and priced rounds
- Represent companies in mergers and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Run client matters end to end and shape workflows

Requirements:

- Four to fifteen years of relevant legal experience
- Leading law firm or in-house experience
- Experience advising emerging technology companies
- Experience advising venture-backed technology companies
- Strong commercial instincts and practical judgment
