The Global Operations Coordinator provides high-level executive and administrative support while coordinating initiatives across Operations and Centres of Excellence. This role suits experienced Executive Assistants, Senior Administrative Professionals, or Project Coordinators. Success requires organization, discretion, communication, and independent priority management. You will help move leadership meetings, deliverables, and strategic work forward across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage COO priorities, schedules, communications, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership sessions, and strategic planning
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports,



and briefing materials
- Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and leadership commitments
- Coordinate initiatives across global Operations and Centres of Excellence

Requirements:

- Five-plus years supporting senior executives or complex operations
- Business or related post-secondary education
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or strategic initiatives
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through
