This full-time permanent position supports LawDepot’s UX Optimization team. You will help implement legal products used by more than 25 million people annually. The work combines questionnaire content, document templates, CMS publishing, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Migrate legacy files into LawDepot’s internal platform
- Build interactive questionnaires and legal document templates
- Publish updates and support product launches
- Analyze product performance to improve usability and conversion
- Coordinate project plans, deliverables, and scope changes

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant field
- Ability to learn and troubleshoot CMS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize high-impact business objectives
- Low-code or web design knowledge is an asset
