Lead full-cycle recruitment for CN using sourcing and candidate engagement skills across Brampton, Concord, Edmonton, or Montreal in a hybrid office model.
This 12-month contract supports CN’s Talent Acquisition division within Human Resources and OHS. You will attract and hire talent across North America while managing postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding processes. The work also supports diverse workforce development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment requisitions across North America
- Source candidates through databases, vendors, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate Applicant Tracking System data
- Build relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of recruiting experience
- Transportation or trade-based setting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or recruitment software
- Knowledge of interviewing, negotiation, and closing practices
