Zenetec seeks Collision Repair Estimators for multiple Ontario locations. You will explain estimates, coordinate repair plans, and deliver customer service throughout each repair process. The work requires communication, organization, sales awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate collision repair estimates
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and stakeholders
- Explain estimates and complete repair documentation accurately
- Coordinate repair plans with Collision Technicians
- Resolve customer concerns and support performance objectives
Requirements:
- Previous collision repair estimating experience preferred
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented approach to relationship building and business generation
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Class G licence with clean driving record
