Working with UTE, this position develops and maintains websites, applications, and communication materials. The role combines Drupal, HTML, CSS, PHP, APIs, social media, and mass email tools. It also supports accessible web content, database work, and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain UTE websites, applications, and communications materials
- Create content for web, print, video, and social media
- Monitor web servers, security, backups, and website performance
- Manage membership email lists and distribute web materials




- Advise committees and management on web communications strategies

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma in web development, programming, digital media, or related field
- Three to five years of progressively responsible experience
- Expertise with Drupal, web applications, social media, and analytics tools
- Hands-on HTML, CSS, PHP, APIs, and SQL experience
- Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills
