Lead Montessori program quality at Flourish Montessori Learning Academy while supporting educators, regulatory compliance, and secure learning environments for children aged two to five.

The Program Supervisor guides classroom staff and supports implementation of the Montessori educational program. This work includes educator mentoring, family communication, records administration, and classroom coverage. The supervisor also supports schedules, funding administration, safety documentation, and daily centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Montessori program implementation and classroom learning outcomes
- Guide, mentor, coach, and onboard educators
- Manage family inquiries, communications, registrations, and updates
- Maintain enrollment, attendance, health, certification,



and reporting records
- Provide classroom coverage during breaks, transitions, and outdoor play

Requirements:

- Ability to support safe, compliant, high-quality program operations
- Knowledge of Montessori educational program implementation
- Ability to mentor educators and support team development
- Capacity to maintain accurate regulatory and administrative documentation
- Ability to assist with children’s daily routines
