Key Responsibilities:

- Advise business units on laws, regulations, and company policies
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage product safety and regulatory filings




- Develop compliance programs, policies, training, and guidance documents
- Support Canadian privacy compliance and information requests

Requirements:

- LL.B. or J.D. degree
- Good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- At least five years of relevant legal experience
- Corporate and commercial legal knowledge and experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, communication, and business judgment
