As an experienced Communication Manager, you will support the Canadian Managing Partner and manage internal and external communications plans. You will develop up-to-date communications strategies, connect people with business vision, and align messaging with firm values. The role requires corporate communications experience, project management, and creative audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic content and communication plans for department priorities
- Advise leadership on internal and external communications
- Support change management through clear communication approaches




- Coordinate consistent messaging across national and local teams
- Oversee content calendars and coordinated storytelling across channels

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, or related discipline
- Five or more years of corporate communications management experience
- Expert writing, communications, project management, and analysis skills
- Experience in regulated industries or professional services
- Written and oral fluency in English
