Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a Clinical Dietitian for its Allied Health team. You will assess patients, plan and implement nutritional goals, evaluate outcomes, and recommend oral or enteral nutrition support. The role follows professional practice standards and a patient and family centred care model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and establish nutritional goals
- Plan, implement, and evaluate nutrition care plans
- Recommend oral and enteral nutrition support regimes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care team members
- Participate in practice-based research projects
Requirements:
- Current full CHCPBC registration as a Dietitian
- Competency designing, compounding, dispensing, and administering enteral nutrition
- Valid BC Driver's License and personal vehicle access
- Knowledge of clinical dietetic theory and enteral nutrition
- Ability to communicate, educate, consult, and collaborate effectively
