As an LPN Coordinator, you provide first line supervision to LPN nursing staff and unregulated care staff. Working under a Manager or designate, you coordinate unit activities, provide nursing care, and support safe, respectful, and civil environments. Your work follows Northern Health priorities, established policies, and BCCNM Standards of Practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first line supervision to LPN nursing staff
- Direct and coordinate unregulated care staff work
- Make and adjust unit work assignments
- Schedule staff and monitor work completion
- Provide nursing care to assigned residents, patients, or clients

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
- Clinical nursing experience and diverse nursing skills
- Leadership skills and initiative
- Knowledge of BCCNM Standards of Practice
- Availability for rotating day shifts, 10:00 to 18:00
