As a Senior Employer Onboarding Specialist, you will support small employers joining the CAAT Pension Plan. You will coordinate approvals, due diligence, timelines, and service standards while guiding complex onboarding scenarios. The position combines employer service, governance documentation, needs analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate small employer onboarding using procedures, checklists, and timelines
- Serve as primary contact for employers and stakeholders

Requirements:
