The Manager Health Services oversees interdisciplinary teams delivering direct care across Manitoba. Working under the Director Health Services, this manager supports operational requirements, integrated care pathways, and fiscally responsible service delivery. The position monitors performance indicators and advances clinical and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead interdisciplinary teams providing direct patient, resident, and client care
- Collaborate with provincial stakeholders to support operational requirements
- Ensure safe, effective, and productive health service delivery
- Advance integrated patient-centred care pathways and service models
- Monitor performance indicators through the clinical quality framework
Requirements:
- Three to five years of leadership experience in patient care
- Five years of related direct clinical services delivery
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant health discipline
- Active membership in an appropriate regulatory body
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
