Lead adult learning and quality improvement at Pioneer Ridge in Thunder Bay, coordinating education, supervision, and business office operations. This supervisory role requires solid facilitation and organizational skills.

The Supervisor works under the Administrator with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate educational programs. The position oversees student placements, manages administrative services, and supports long-term care compliance. It also supervises staff, coordinates systems, and prepares reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and evaluate educational and quality improvement programs
- Oversee recruitment, placement, onboarding, orientation, and student supervision
- Manage scheduling, payroll, admissions, procurement, and reception services
- Maintain procedural manuals and educational records




- Provide presentations, system support, and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

- Degree and three years’ adult learning experience, or diploma and five years’ experience
- Knowledge of educational principles and long-term care legislation
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment
- Superior facilitation, communication, analytical, and project management skills
- Intermediate word processing and spreadsheet software skills
