Lead information security governance for TD in Toronto, applying control management, risk oversight, and regulatory coordination across Technology Solutions.

As Domain Governance Lead, you will partner with Domain Owners and subject matter experts to strengthen measurable control practices. This senior role drives standards, procedures, compliance reporting, audit readiness, issue remediation, and enterprise control adoption. You will coordinate internal responses while supporting second-line oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain domain standards, procedures, and implementation guidance
- Define compliance measures, KPIs, KRIs, and evidence requirements
- Coordinate audit evidence, walkthroughs, responses, and documentation




- Drive issue remediation through action plans and closure
- Lead adoption of enterprise controls, frameworks, and tooling

Requirements:

- University degree
- Ten or more years of relevant experience
- Information security certification or accreditation is an asset
- Experience with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks
- Experience managing control libraries and testing requirements
