Husky Technologies seeks an Engineering Team Leader to organize and lead design teams through product development. The work includes concept development, system-level design, engineering analysis, and validation planning. You will support product definition, manage project resources, and maintain engineering quality through release.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering teams through the Product Development Process
- Supervise concept development, evaluation, and recommendation
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and mitigation
- Facilitate weekly design reviews and planning whiteboards
- Provide technical support to Sales and Service
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Stage Gate and Husky Standards
- Ten or more years of engineering experience
- Previous hands-on design experience and solid design skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- University engineering degree preferred, or equivalent experience
