Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst to support our Camrose location. You will help develop and implement the corporate operational excellence strategy at the deployed unit, with a focus on employee engagement and cultural transformation.
You will lead cross‑functional ideation sessions, monitor KPIs, train and coach shop personnel, collaborate with HR, Finance and IT, and ensure EBS activities deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality and productivity.
