This hands-on Business Consultant supports Dynamics 365 functional implementation and system enhancements. You will lead business analysis, gather requirements, and translate processes into functional specifications. The work spans Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations/Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business analysis sessions and gather requirements
- Map business processes into Dynamics 365 functional specifications
- Configure and support D365 modules
- Conduct gap analysis and write Functional Design Documents
- Support User Acceptance Testing and post-implementation needs

Requirements:

- Five or more years as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Specialization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; or Business Central
- Domain knowledge in finance, supply chain, or operations
- Hands-on requirements, configuration, and testing experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; based in Canada
