This Project Manager/Estimator supports civil projects valued from $500,000 to $30,000,000. Philson Ltd works across site development, road building, underground utilities, and water or wastewater treatment. You will collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review tenders and complete Go/No Go analyses
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, estimates, and bid packages
- Develop schedules, order materials, and coordinate subcontractors
- Track costs, change orders, and monthly cost-to-complete analyses
- Prepare progress billings and project close-out documentation

Requirements:

- At least five years in civil construction or engineering
- CET, P.Tech, or P.Eng designation considered ideal
