The Project Engineer – Manufacturing Integration bridges project execution with manufacturing operations as a technical leader. You will manage technical scope from proposals and CAPEX planning through production ramp-up and continuous improvement. The position supports complex programs while improving compliant, optimized production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical scope across the full project lifecycle
- Support proposal development and CAPEX planning
- Bridge engineering intent with practical production solutions
- Support production ramp-up and continuous improvement
- Assist Project Managers with complex programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering
- Five or more years in manufacturing engineering or capital projects
- Experience with CNC programming, robotics, tooling, and production systems
- Experience leading technical scope within multidisciplinary projects
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
