Lead ERP transformation and financial controls as MPOYNT’s hands-on Controller in Toronto, working in-office five days weekly. Modernize finance across Canada and the U.S.

As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, reporting, and financial processes for MPOYNT, a technology services company. Your work will improve financial visibility, cash flow management, and scalable systems. You will partner with senior leadership, accounting teams, and external finance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ERP evaluation, implementation, migration, and workflow improvements
- Own accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reporting
- Manage close processes and accurate financial statements
- Build dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs




- Strengthen controls, reconciliations, and accounting policies

Requirements:

- Canadian or United States CPA designation
- Seven-plus years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Hands-on ERP implementation or financial systems transformation experience
- Solid GAAP, Excel, cash flow, and forecasting knowledge
- Experience coordinating accounting staff or external finance partners
