This professional leads corporate initiatives, provides policy advisory services, and supports organizational transformation. The role engages executives, directors, Medical Chiefs, and Physician Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex corporate initiatives from concept through completion
- Manage project scope, budgets, risks, resources, and progress
- Facilitate collaboration, address resistance, and sustain improvements
- Develop business cases, reports, presentations, and briefing materials




- Create communication and change management plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Required PMP certification and five years’ project management experience
- Five years’ experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Knowledge of project management principles and processes
- Analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
