Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality control systems.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Experience with production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
