Description
At Resolver, we're always looking for better ways to work. As we continue to grow, we want to make sure our processes help our people move quickly, make positive decisions, and deliver great outcomes for our customers. We're looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to join us on a fixed term 6-month contract and help rethink how work gets done across our business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys getting into the details, challenging assumptions, and turning complex problems into practical improvements. You'll partner directly with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to understand how work happens today, identify what's getting in the way, and design simpler, more effective ways of operating. You'll bring a strong foundation in Lean or Six Sigma, alongside a practical understanding of how AI, automation, and technology can improve business workflows. More importantly, you'll know how to turn ideas into action, build momentum, and help teams sustain improvements after your engagement ends. We're not looking for someone to spend months building a transformation strategy or producing presentations. We want someone who can get close to the work, make meaningful improvements, and help our people build the skills to keep getting better.
