The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board seeks a Department Head for Guidance. The successful candidate will guide program implementation, support accountability, and contribute to school and department start-up. Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations and Ministry guidelines inform curriculum design and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Guidance program implementation and department operations
- Facilitate communication between administration and department members
- Coordinate with departments to meet student program needs




- Ensure Ministry and Board curriculum requirements are met
- Lead career development supporting school improvement and achievement

Requirements:

- Intermediate and Senior Divisions Guidance qualification
- Honour Specialist Guidance qualification
- Minimum five years teaching in the secondary panel
- Understanding of current secondary education priorities
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative leadership skills
