This senior electrical engineering role supports WSP’s Property & Buildings team. You will lead electrical system design across multiple facility types, prepare technical documentation, and develop practical client-focused solutions. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and strengthening team capability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead electrical system design for complex building projects
- Prepare and review reports, drawings, and specifications
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated solutions
- Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and client requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Valid Qualified Engineers Ontario licence
- Eight or more years in engineering consulting
- Expertise in building electrical principles, codes, and standards
- Proficiency with electrical design software and engineering tools
