This experienced Coordinator serves as Interior Health’s internal expert for the Patient Satisfaction Survey and related data. The position coordinates PFCC projects, supports strategic planning, and helps embed the PFCC framework across the organization. It also connects leaders, public and patient partners, and external counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide PFCC advice to internal and external partners
- Coordinate data flow and monitor performance indicators
- Recruit and onboard public and patient partners
- Develop reports, training materials,



and reference documentation
- Coordinate PFCC projects and maintain project plans

Requirements:

- Experience serving as an internal PFCC subject matter expert
- Ability to navigate systems collecting PFCC data
- Report-writing expertise for varied user groups
- Ability to provide technical leadership to project resources
- Willingness to follow Occupational Health and Safety requirements
