As Manager, EH&S;, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across offices, warehouses, work from home, field sales, fleets, and contractors. The role builds practical management systems, controls risks, and strengthens EHS culture. You will guide compliance with Canadian requirements and Johnson & Johnson standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead EHS priorities across assigned Canadian operations and locations
- Maintain management systems, dashboards, objectives, calendars, and action plans
- Control operational risks across offices, warehouses, fleets, and contractors
- Lead inspections, audits, investigations,



and corrective action verification
- Deliver training and partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related discipline
- Minimum eight years of progressive EHS experience
- Knowledge of Canadian EHS requirements, WHMIS, and environmental obligations
- Working knowledge of management systems, audits, and ISO standards
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%
