Reporting to the Manager, this permanent position supports clients facing work habits, market perception, or interpersonal barriers. You will assess employment needs, clarify career goals, build employer partnerships, and provide case management. The work includes apprenticeships, training supports, and retention services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client skills, interests, barriers, and employment needs
- Develop action plans, training plans, and employment supports
- Build employer partnerships and secure quality work placements
- Monitor placements and maintain employer contact for retention




- Facilitate workshops, presentations, job fairs, and information sessions

Requirements:

- University degree and three years of relevant experience
- Experience in job development, sales, marketing, or recruitment
- Proven record meeting performance targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Toronto labour market and apprenticeship knowledge
