Opportunities Across Aon Solution Lines
Launch Your Career in Actuarial Consulting
Aon is looking for soon-to-be graduates and recent graduates to join our Early Careers Launch Development Program in actuarial roles across different areas of the business. Depending on business need, location and role alignment, opportunities may sit within solution lines such as Wealth Solutions, Health, Risk Consulting or Reinsurance. You do not need to be an actuarial expert on day one. Through our Launch Program and on-the-job learning, you will learn how actuaries use data, models, financial insight and skilled judgment to help clients understand, price and manage risk.
As an Actuarial colleague, you will build the skills, confidence and market knowledge needed to turn complex quantitative information into clear business insight and support better client decisions.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.
What is Actuarial Consulting
Aon's Actuarial teams help organizations understand and manage financial risk by applying data, analytics, modeling and business insight to complex challenges. Technology, including AI-enabled tools and global delivery teams, increasingly supports routine calculation and data preparation, allowing Actuarial colleagues to focus earlier on validation, interpretation, scenario thinking, communication and client value.
